The Story of Co. Wexford

On Ireland’s sunny southeast corner, Wexford, Loch Garman, is where the Norman invasion of Ireland began in 1169, landing on its shores and changing the island forever. Centuries later it became the heartland of the 1798 Rebellion, while at Hook Head the world’s oldest working lighthouse has guided ships for some eight hundred years.
