Structure, Inis Oírr, Co. Galway

Utility Structures
Inis Oírr, the smallest of the three Aran Islands off the Galway coast, is so thoroughly layered with archaeology that even a formally catalogued structure can sit on the record with almost no description attached to it.
This particular site is noted simply as a structure, a designation that could cover anything from the remnant of a field wall to something considerably older and stranger, its details not yet publicly available.
