Among the rest, the most common occupations were farmer (7.7%), shopkeeper / shop assistant / dealer (7.7%), other maker / factory worker (6.2%) and painter / decorator (6.2%). Grouped by sector, agriculture accounted for 9.2% of all Bookers, followed by building & construction, retail & commerce and manufacturing & trades.
What religion is Booker?
Most Bookers, 66.2%, were Anglican. The remainder were mostly Roman Catholic (24.6%), Presbyterian (4.6%), Baptist (1.5%) and Methodist (1.5%).
