Among the rest, the most common occupations were farmer (17.5%), farm labourer (9.1%), domestic servant (5.6%) and general labourer (1.4%). Grouped by sector, agriculture accounted for 27.3% of all Carrigs, followed by domestic service, general labourers and textiles & clothing.
