Among the rest, the most common occupations were farmer (6.4%), soldier / military (6.4%), general labourer (3.8%) and other maker / factory worker (3.8%). Grouped by sector, agriculture accounted for 9% of all OVerends, followed by public service & defence, textiles & clothing and professional.
What religion is OVerend?
OVerends were predominantly Anglican (74.4%). The remainder were mostly Roman Catholic (16.7%) and Methodist (9%).
