The most common male names were Patrick (5), Michael, Thomas, Alexander and Henry. For women it was Mary (7), followed by Bridget, Ellen, Louisa and Margt.

The most common occupation among Thunders was general labourer, 12.5% of them (9 people). Next came scholar / student (11.1%), no occupation / dependent (5.6%), clerk / office worker (4.2%) and knitter / lace worker (4.2%).
